DIPSSERVICE offers a suite of digital intellectual property (IP) protection services, designed to help users detect, defend, and dominate against unauthorized use of their content. The services are available to users through subscription plans and are tailored to provide comprehensive protection for digital IP across various platforms.
5.1 Copyright Infringement Detection
- DIPSSERVICE provides users with advanced tools and technologies to detect unauthorized use of their digital content across the internet. This includes but is not limited to images, videos, music, text, and other forms of intellectual property.
- The service scans popular platforms such as social media websites, blogs, e-commerce sites, and other digital spaces where infringement may occur.
- The detection process is automated and runs on a continual basis to identify new instances of copyright infringement as soon as they appear.
5.2 DMCA Takedown Notices
- Upon identifying instances of copyright infringement, DIPSSERVICE will take the necessary steps to protect the user’s IP. This includes generating and sending DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown notices to the infringing websites, social media platforms, or other digital entities.
- DIPSSERVICE will work on behalf of the user to have the infringing content removed or disabled in accordance with DMCA guidelines. This process helps reduce the exposure of unauthorized content on the internet and assists users in reclaiming their intellectual property rights.
- The company will send takedown notices on a user’s behalf unless the user opts to manually initiate the takedown process.
5.3 Ongoing Monitoring and Protection
- DIPSSERVICE offers continuous monitoring of users’ digital content to ensure that their intellectual property remains secure and protected. This ongoing service provides users with real-time alerts and reports on the status of their content.

- The service may include periodic audits to check the status of existing content and identify any new unauthorized uses.
5.4 User Dashboard
- Subscribers gain access to a user-friendly dashboard where they can manage their account, track detected infringements, view infringement reports, and take necessary actions. The dashboard allows users to monitor the status of their content and make decisions on next steps, such as submitting takedown requests, reviewing reports, or downloading evidence of infringement.
- Users can also view detailed analytics about their content protection efforts, including the number of infringements detected and the actions taken to remove them.
5.5 Subscription Plans

6.6 Limitations of Liability
While DIPSSERVICE takes reasonable steps to protect your content and detect infringements, we cannot guarantee that all instances of infringement will be identified, nor that the content will always be fully protected across all platforms.
